Orders typically take 1 to 3 days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. During Holidays processing times may take up to 7 days.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME ?

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Transit Times to United States: 5 - 15 Business days
Transit times to International: 10 - 20 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Our customers have the right to return the product within 30 days. This term will expire on the 30th day of the day from the receipt of the shipment by the customer.
